Could not survive without it. Here are some hints.

After seven months, I am so in fear of my Treat and Train breaking at some point that I am purchasing another as backup. I rely on it to keep my dog distracted and happy as I sneak out of the house. I also use it to feed all his meals, as he eats too quickly otherwise. A few hints: 1.) Even though my dog eats toy dog sized puppy kibble, I use the dispenser disk with the larger holes. That allows me to supplement with Cheerios if I want. The small size dispenser is too small for most treats. Even the large size disk is too small for Charlie Bears. 2.) In "down-stay" mode, if you want the machine to continue dispensing treats until the holder is empty, you must set the machine to "variable". If you set it to "fixed", the machine turns off after 60 seconds. 3.) You should periodically remove the dispenser disk, clean and dry it, and use a small brush to clean the bolt that it disk slides onto along with the rest of the area on which the dispenser disk rotates. I then vacuum out the crumbs and wipe everything down. Doing this once every few weeks will help prevent the wheel from jamming. 4. PS: The batteries last forever, as in for months and months, even feeding a dog three meals a day with the machine as I do.

The item works great. The service to get a new one because the one I bought didn’t work was very very difficult.

We have just started to use it. It works pretty good. It does get jammed quite often though. The smaller ring fits the size of my puppy kibble, but jammed way too often. The larger ring still jams though, but not as often. I also really wish it was electric and not battery powered.

    not great communication

My original 'machine' was damaged in route and returned to NC. Supposedly another is on the way but I have not rec'd it yet. I was never told about the initial being damaged/returned until I looked at tracking---not very good PR.
